The resources that won’t fix you.

But you should check them out anyway.

Years ago, a therapist shared a profound truth with me: "You can't think your way out of pain." Despite my extensive collection of self-help books and collection of training resources, I found myself stuck on my journey, clinging to the hope that the mere touch of their covers could somehow unleash healing powers. While my therapist's advice proved accurate – you can't heal what you can't feel – these books and videos played a crucial role in helping me connect with the emotions that paved the way for my healing journey.

Covering a spectrum of topics, they've undeniably transformed my life. If you're unsure where to start, any of these resources would be a safe entry point. They won't magically heal you, but perhaps they'll set you on the path to initiate that transformative journey. Have a question about the resources, or want to learn more about my therapy practice?
